Welcome to the official Crystal Rainbow webshop. When you are shopping on our webshop, you are automatically accepting our terms & conditions.
Therefore, we recommend that you read the following carefully before placing your order.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are shown in DKK and EUR.
Prices do not include delivery charges if above 1500 DDK.
Orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.
PAYMENT
We accept the following credit and debit cards:
Visa, Visa/dankort, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, Master Card Direct and Maestro.
The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.
In busy periods, your order will always be dispatched within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail sent directly from the courier.
We cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
– SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN DENMARK
Free Shipping will apply on all orders above 1500 DKK.
On orders less than DKK 1500, a shipping fee of DKK 40 will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time: 1-2 working days
– SHIPPING & DELIVERY WITHIN EU
Free Shipping will apply on all orders above 1500 DKK.
On orders less than DKK 1500, a shipping fee of DKK 150 will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time: 2-4 working days
– SHIPPING & DELIVERY OUTSIDE EU
A shipping fee of DKK 250 will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time: 3-10 working days
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we cannot guarantee that all available products at our web-shop are in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
PRE-ORDER
When placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount for your order when we proceed your order.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive the item from our supplier.
We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description, but delays on the production can occur.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.

DEFECT ITEM
In case you have received a defective item, contact us by mail and include your order number, images of the claim and a description. Before you return it to us.

Please note that errors can occur regarding information on the site.
This includes errors on price information so forth these are caused by direct and indirect technical and/or IT-related faults.
